I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed to practice in the state of Virginia. I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, concentration in Exercise Science in 2017. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2021. I began working in outpatient orthopedics, moved to pediatric sports medicine, and most recently opened my own practice focusing on women’s health and wellness throughout the lifespan.

From competing in cheer and gymnastics to exercising through pregnancy and postpartum, I recognize that the female body needs incredible attention and care in order to heal from injuries and to function in the ways God has intended them to. I am passionate about providing women of all ages with tools to thrive physically in every season of their life.

When I’m not treating patients, you can find me playing with my kids, walking my dog, riding my Peloton, or enjoying an evening the back deck with my husband and a nice glass of wine. I look forward to meeting you, serving you, and reminding you how strong and capable your body and mind are as you grow and raise your tiny humans.
